Welcome to Blitz Adz. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Blitz Adz platform, web portals, and agency sponsorship operations ("Platform") operated by Blitz Adz ("we," "our," or "us"). By registering an account, linking social channels, applying for brand campaigns, or commissioning deliverables through Blitz Adz, you ("Creator," "Brand," or "User") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Business Purpose & Scope of Operations
Blitz Adz is a specialized commercial media sponsorship agency and marketplace connecting independent digital creators (video producers, podcasters, digital talent) with commercial brand advertisers. Blitz Adz sources, negotiates, coordinates, and administers brand collaborations, paid integrations, product placements, and commercial endorsements.
2. Strict Commercial Advertising Policy: Zero Propaganda & Political Content
Blitz Adz operates exclusively to elevate authentic commercial brand images, showcase legitimate consumer and enterprise products, and facilitate lawful trade marketing. We enforce a strict, non-negotiable zero-tolerance policy against propaganda, electioneering, and political marketing of any kind.
Permitted Advertising: Commercial consumer goods, enterprise software/SaaS, consumer electronics, educational platforms, fintech/financial literacy tools, lifestyle/fitness products, and legitimate business services.
Prohibited Content & Themes:
- Any political campaign, candidate endorsement, political party marketing, ideological lobbying, or electoral narrative manipulation.
- State-sponsored propaganda, geopolitical narrative engineering, disinformation campaigns, or partisan commentary.
- Campaigns promoting religious disharmony, communal hatred, regional discrimination, caste-based friction, or civil unrest.
- Unregulated financial schemes, illegal gambling/betting portals, or deceptive medical remedies.
Absolute Agency Discretion: Blitz Adz maintains sole discretion to decline, terminate, or pull any campaign brief, brand submission, or creator content that violates this policy. Any attempt to disguise political agitation or ideological propaganda as commercial marketing will result in immediate termination of the offending account and forfeiture of pending payouts.
3. Creator Standards & Mandatory Disclosures
- Creators warrant that all viewership metrics, audience data, and channel links submitted to the Platform are genuine. Botting, fake follower networks, and synthetic engagement will result in an immediate lifetime ban.
- Creators must strictly adhere to statutory advertising transparency standards, including the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) Guidelines for Influencer Advertising. Clear and prominent disclosure labels (#Ad, #Sponsored, #PaidPartnership) must accompany every commercial deliverable.
- Creators retain editorial independence over their creative voice, but must strictly deliver the commercial product messaging points approved in the campaign brief.
4. Brand Warranties & Commercial Integrity
- Brands guarantee that all products, services, and promotional claims supplied in campaign briefs are certified, truthful, and compliant with applicable consumer protection laws.
- Brands may not request creators to publish false claims, concealed sponsorships, or comparative defamatory remarks against competitors.
5. Currency, Invoicing, and Payout Schedules
- All campaign budgets, creator fees, and platform disbursements are denominated and settled in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) unless governed by an explicit cross-border enterprise agreement.
- Creator payments are determined through individual campaign agreements negotiated by Blitz Adz. Payouts are dispatched directly to the creator's verified Indian bank account or UPI credential according to agreed Net-15 or Net-30 payment milestones.
6. Channel Verification & Account Governance
- Blitz Adz administrators retain the absolute right to approve, reject, or re-review any linked YouTube channel, Instagram handle, Facebook page, or podcast profile.
- Verification status may be revoked at any time if a creator’s content pivots toward hate speech, unlawful activities, or prohibited political propaganda.
