- Channel & Social Analytics: Public channel identifiers (YouTube handle, Instagram username, Facebook URL, podcast feed), subscriber/follower tiers, average viewership benchmarks, and niche categories.
- Payout & Banking Credentials: Indian bank account numbers, IFSC codes, bank names, account holder designations, and optional UPI Virtual Payment Addresses (VPA) necessary for commercial remittances.
- Brand Partner Information: Company name, authorized contact representative, corporate email address, campaign objectives, and advertising budgets.
- Technical & Session Logs: IP address, device fingerprints, browser configurations, authentication timestamps, and security event logs.
2. Business Purpose & Processing Grounds
We process collected information strictly for legitimate commercial sponsorship administration:
- Matching content creators with relevant, high-paying brand integration opportunities.
- Verifying creator channel authenticity, metric legitimacy, and adherence to our zero-botting standards.
- Executing secure payment disbursements, tax invoice generation, and milestone tracking in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹).
- Delivering transactional verification codes, email two-factor authentication (2FA) OTPs, and team invitation tokens.
3. Strict Zero Data-Brokering Commitment
No Sale of Data: Blitz Adz does not sell, rent, monetize, or trade creator contact records, audience analytics, or brand inquiries to any third-party marketing lists, programmatic ad networks, or data brokers. All information provided to Blitz Adz is maintained strictly within our closed commercial agency infrastructure.
4. Commercial Disclosures & ASCI Transparency
- Aggregated performance benchmarks (such as delivered view counts or audience demographic percentages) are shared with the contracted commercial brand exclusively for campaign verification and post-campaign ROI reporting.
- We assist creators in maintaining strict statutory compliance with the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) Guidelines for Influencer Advertising across all commercial media deliverables.
5. Data Security & Role-Scoped Access Controls
- Sensitive financial data (such as bank account numbers) is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard cryptographic protocols.
- Our multi-user team hierarchy enforces strict confidentiality: collaborators assigned as Managers or Editors are structurally barred from inspecting bank account credentials or financial figures, which are masked with security redactions.
- Sensitive account modifications—including channel deletions and banking updates—mandate 6-digit email security confirmation codes.
6. Creator Data Sovereignty & Retention
- Creators maintain complete sovereignty over their linked channels and may unlink channels or delete account credentials at any time through portal settings.
- Upon verified account deletion, personal identifiers and linked channel tokens are permanently purged from active operational databases, retaining only requisite transactional tax invoices as mandated by applicable statutory accounting regulations.
